Stock mascots
Mascot art a shopper can pick when their school has none. Upload fixed-colour art: under the Ares colour strategy, mascots are not recoloured to team colours, so art that relies on transparency against a light or dark shirt needs a contrasting backing built in. Two- and one-colour versions are optional, for products that print fewer colours.
Default DIM mascot art
Returned by organization APIs whenever a DIM record has no organization-specific mascot art. Uploading a replacement does not overwrite organization records.
HubSpot DIM ID sync
Writes the DIM/organization id onto the matching HubSpot company, so self-service promotion links can be built in HubSpot (e.g. ?organizationId={{ company.dim_organisation_id }}). The target property comes from Settings → Field mapping → DIM Organization ID. A scan only decides; nothing reaches HubSpot until you approve it.
HubSpot company fields from the DIM
Writes each linked company's team store link (team_store_url_dim) and whether the DIM holds real mascot art (mascot_logo_in_dim, SVG or PNG — the storefront's default mascot does not count). Companies come from the ID sync above and are updated by record id, so cw- teams are covered. HubSpot copies both fields down to each company's contacts on its side. most_recent_team_store_link is never touched.
